Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. We won't suddenly lock you out or ask for a card. The free plan is designed to be enough for most solo sellers to run their whole business.
Are there any transaction fees?
carts.ng charges no platform fees or subscription. When online payment is enabled (via Paystack), the processor's standard fee applies — but by default it's passed to the buyer at checkout, not deducted from you.
How do customers pay me?
You can accept bank transfer, USSD, or cash on delivery — all handled between you and the customer directly, zero fees. Online card payments via Paystack are coming soon; when enabled, the processing fee (Paystack's standard rate) is added at checkout for the buyer by default. You can choose to absorb it yourself in your store settings.
What happens to my store if I upgrade to Pro later?
Everything carries over — your handle, products, orders, and customer data. Upgrading just unlocks extra features; nothing changes about your existing store.
Is there a limit on products or orders?
No product limit and no order limit on the free plan. Add as many items as you sell and take as many orders as you can handle.
Can I cancel or delete my store at any time?
Yes. You own your data. You can export your product catalogue and order history, or delete your account entirely from Settings. No lock-in.
